Judy's quilt

This is the quilt I made for my DSIL since she had never had a quilt of her own. I will find it hard to part with it because it is like one of my babies but since I said from the beginning it was for Judy I will give it to her. I am thinking though that I should make a small quilt for her one and only grandson to go with it since she lives with them most of the time. I quilted this one with a regular machine on my new quilting frame. It is about 60'x66' but I could do a bit longer than that using my machine. I would have made this a bit bigger but I used all the fabric in the jelly roll and had to stop. I was thinking that I needed some plaid fabric so I could so a Lil Scottie quilt but didn't want to go out to get it and then DH wanted to go to Dover. I have been hinting to him to get a snow blower and I think the hint finally took root.
