Crumb Topping

I really like this quilt made of all the little crumbs of fabric left over from other projects. I decided I would do as my BIL used to do and use gray as sashing. I had no idea just how difficult it was to find gray fabric. I guess Greg and I must be the only ones who like it. Nines was right...this is a whopper of a quilt. The quilting is beautiful, Nines. Hopefully someday I might come close to quilting as nicely as you do. Would you believe I got the binding done in two days....most of it in one evening. I love the fact that it is big enough to use as a bedspread. Sometime soon I need to make a new dust ruffle....perhaps white The pillow topper was quite large enough to cover the pillows and tuck under, making it look like a bedspread. Those crumbs are accumulating again in my tableside crate....guess I will have to make another crumb quilt sometime. I have a couple of blocks done....such fun when you want to take a little break from other stuff.

Now aren't you all covered up and fancy! Crumbs get in your blood and you always want to go back to them.
